Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your account and go to Orders.
2. Select the order and click "Request Return".
3. Select the items and provide a reason.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, customised items, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
